Nam H. Pham

Hello,

My name is Nam Hoai Pham. I come from Vietnam.

I just graduated from Iowa State University with master degree. I currently hold off my PhD at Iowa State University. Probably, I will come back after a couple of years.

I got a job offer from Epic and start working there as a software developer in August 2010. I am ready to move to Madison, WI. I am excited !!!

About me, I am a nice guy . I usually don’t talk much with new friends. But getting know me long enough, you will realize that I am a talkative guy. I love playing sports: swimming, weightlifting, running, badminton, table tennis, soccer and chess. I know how to play quite a few sports but not “a pro” in any of them – just play for fun.

Watching movie is one of my favorite activities in the weekend. Fishing is also my favorite one that Troy taught me. Troy’s family is like my second family in U.S..

I have a younger sister studying in U.S. as an undergrad. She is a smart and determined girl. She is also a fashion and shopaholic girl who always wants to be stand out from the crowd. She and I have arguments with each other quite often. Moreover, my parents compare her with me and put a lot of pressures on her sometimes. She has tried so hard to overcome my shadow and find her own way. I love her very much and want the best for her.
